Returns
Returns can be initiated within 30 days of receipt of the item. It may be returned provided it is unused and is returned in like new condition. Before returning any item you must contact EIC Solutions for an RMA number. Any items received without an RMA number will be refused. All accessories, kits and optional items shipped with your original order must be included in your return. When returning an item you will need to package it securely to eliminate the possibility of damage in transit. We recommend keeping the original packaging and using it for the return. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for any custom or modified products. Returns are subject to approval at the sole discretion of EIC Solutions, Inc.
Refunds
Once have received your return we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund based on the inspection. Once approved, your refund will be processed the same or next day following the approval. Shipping costs are not refundable. A restocking charge of up to 25% of invoice may apply to all returns. The restocking fee may be waived in the event of an exchange or at EIC’s discretion.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. Please be sure to package your return securely as we cannot provide refunds for returned items that have been damaged in shipment.
